There are two main costs to a monitored alarm system: a one-off installation cost, and a monthly monitoring & maintenance cost.
The following is an example price for a typical domestic property (or small business) on a one star maintenance agreement. The price includes 3 detectors, a panic button, remote keypad, bell-box, monitoring equipment, a speaker/microphone, ADSL filter and central alarm-management unit.
