AMCO is looking for an Operations Manager, ideally based in or near Easingwold, Thirsk or York, North Yorkshire. We're the UK's leading specialist in monitored alarms - a family business established for over 20 years, committed to developing our staff and rewarding them well.
The role
You'll manage the day-to-day operations of our engineering team: planning daily work across our UK-based engineers, coordinating closely with the sales and admin teams, and handling direct customer communication for emergency visits. You'll also look for ways to improve engineer efficiency and profitability, and take responsibility for managing our engineering van fleet.
The role is based at AMCO's Easingwold head office, so you'll need to live locally in the Easingwold, Thirsk or York area.
Who we're looking for
We're flexible on background. Whether you have 1 year of experience or 50, what matters most is organisational and operational skill - not necessarily direct experience in the security industry.
