Which Texecom keypad is right for your alarm?
Texecom keypads split into two families - the fully-featured Premier Elite alarm panel range, and the simpler, entry-level Veritas range. Both let you choose between a couple of design and screen variations, so the keypad on your wall doesn't have to look like an afterthought.
Surface or flush - your choice
Part of our Premier Elite alarm panel range, the Premier keypad is available in two very different mounting styles.
Surface keypad
The standard keypad supplied with the Premier Elite - a white polymer design with a lid that opens and closes to show or hide the keys. It's fairly discrete on a wall, has a backlit blue screen, and comes in both wired and wireless versions.

Flush keypad
A neater, recessed finish that sits into the wall rather than on top of it. Texecom only produces this as a wired keypad - there's no wireless flush-mounted version - but it comes in five finish options to match your décor.

The flush-mounted Premier keypad is wired only, but it more than makes up for it with a choice of five finishes to match your décor or door furniture.

Entry-level, wired, and easy to use
Veritas is Texecom's entry-level alarm system, and it's wired only. The two keypad versions look identical from the outside - a white box with a lid covering the keys - with the only real difference being the screen behind the lid. For day-to-day use of either version, see our Veritas user guide.
Veritas LED keypad
The original Veritas design - a simple white box keypad with a hinged lid covering the keys, and an LED display for status and zone information.
Veritas LCD keypad
The newer Veritas design, with a clearer LCD screen in place of the older LED display. Externally the case looks identical to the LED version - the difference is the screen inside.
Your keypad isn't fixed forever
Texecom systems are built to be versatile, so you're not stuck with the keypad your alarm shipped with. An older Veritas LED keypad, for example, can be swapped out for a modern LCD version - or, where the underlying panel supports it, upgraded to a Premier keypad instead.
