On-site at AMCO's Yorkshire HQ
Classroom-based training covering the fundamentals - alarm installation, CCTV installation, problem-solving and fault-finding, and customer care - taught hands-on at AMCO's head office.
Field shadowing
Trainees head out alongside experienced engineers to see the classroom curriculum applied on real customer sites, bridging the gap between theory and day-to-day fieldwork.
