How to Set Up a Standing Order

A short guide to paying AMCO by standing order. Setting it up through your online banking is usually quicker and easier than filling in a paper form.

If you've agreed to pay for your AMCO monitoring by standing order, the steps below take a few minutes. The exact screens vary between banks, but the process is much the same everywhere.

1. Log in to your online banking

Sign in to your bank's website or mobile app and look for the section called something like Payments, Standing orders or Regular payments.

2. Create a new standing order

Choose the option to add a new standing order and set the payee as AMCO Security Limited.

3. Enter the payee details

Enter the payee bank details that AMCO gave you. For the payment reference, use your surname or company name followed by your postcode, so we can match the payment to your account.

We don't publish our bank details on this website. They are given to customers directly - see the safety note below.

4. Enter the amount, frequency and start date

Enter the payment amount and frequency agreed with AMCO, and set the start date as agreed. The first period of monitoring is normally paid upfront, so your standing order will usually start after that. Set it to be open-ended, with no end date, so your monitoring continues without interruption.

5. Send us a screenshot to confirm

Once you've completed the form, take a screenshot of it and email it to enquiry@amco999.com. We'll check it and confirm everything is set up correctly.

Stay safe from payment fraud

  • Always confirm our bank details by phoning us on 0800 13 03 999 before you make a payment.
  • Never act on a change of bank details that you receive only by email. If you get one, phone us first to check it is genuine.
